I’m Anya G., a mid-aged, super active, doggy mom, Wife and Auntie. I run my own small biz because because I believe thats where people get treated as individuals by someone who really cares. I'm a certified Pilates instructor, Hormone coach, and Nutritionist. My goal is to help strengthen & nourish you from the CORE!
I have a passion for helping our bodies reach their potential through sustainable changes. No magic pills, no extreme diets. I believe your wellness journey should be enjoyable & practical! But even the basics can be overwhelming & challenging. That's why I'm here to work together with you to overcome limitations due to anxiety, fatigue, food challenges, headaches or pain, and many other symptoms by helping you to balance your hormones and heal your Gut. I know how hard achieving wellness can be on your own.
Many years ago, after a serious illness, I found movement/exercise to be an overall health boost! I fell in love with Pilates. It became a regular part of my routine. I also new that probiotics were a key to recovering my gut health after loads of antibiotics. Then in my 30's I started dealing my own Hormone rollercoaster & food sensitivities. I tried all sorts of health fads, without realizing the source of my issues. Nothing seemed to give me long term results. It was frustrating, painful, and my anxiety was off the charts.
While working with a naturopathic physician I found myself to be passionate about how strong women's bodies are & how they can heal & balance themselves out. Gut health contributes greatly to hormones and physical stamina. So in addition to my Pilates practice, I wanted to help others find the strength and balance I had found through Hormone health & Nutrition. I have a Pilates Instructor, Hormone Health Coach, and a Gut Health Nutritionist CERT through an accredited school for the wellness industry, AFPA.

I signed up for Anya’s Hormone Health Coaching out of sheer desperation. I was a mess.
