About AIP Wellness & Me!

I’m Anya, a certified Pilates instructor, Hormone coach, and Nutritionist. My goal is to help strengthen you from the CORE!

I have a passion for helping our bodies reach their potential through sustainable changes. Wellness should be enjoyable and practical! But even the basics can be overwhelming and challenging. That's why I'm here to work together with you to overcome limitations due to pain and illness, or to make progress you've struggled with on your own. I know how hard achieving wellness can be on your own.

Many years ago, after a serious illness, I found movement/exercise to be an overall health boost! I fell in love with Pilates. It became a regular part of my routine. Then in my 30's I started dealing my own Hormone rollercoaster & food sensitivities. I realized I needed to take charge of my well-being, mentally and physically.

While working with a naturopathic physician I found myself to be passionate about how our bodies can balance themselves out by treating it as a whole. Gut health contributes greatly to hormones and physical stamina. So in addition to my Pilates practice, I wanted to help others find the strength and balance I had found through Hormone health & Nutrition. I have a Pilates Instructor, Hormone Health Coach, and a Gut Health Nutritionist certification through an accredited school for the wellness industry, AFPA.
